2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (San Francisco, USA). When pages are requested, the host processes technically necessary data in server log files: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and operating system. This processing serves the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log data is deleted by the host after a short period. Data is transferred to the USA on the basis of the data processing agreement with Netlify, including the EU standard contractual clauses.

3. Contacting us

The contact form on this website does not transmit any data to our server. It opens your own e-mail program with a prepared message which you send yourself. If you contact us by e-mail or phone, we process your details (name, company, contact data, content of the enquiry) solely to handle your enquiry and to initiate or perform a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Our mailboxes are operated by Hostinger International Ltd. (Cyprus). We delete enquiries once they have been dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply.

4. Cookies, tracking and third parties

This website does not set cookies and uses no tracking or analytics tools. No third-party content is embedded: no maps, videos, social media plug-ins or externally loaded fonts. All fonts and images are delivered from our own web space. A cookie banner is therefore not required.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object to processing (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). Please use the e-mail address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Romanian authority ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro) or the authority at your place of residence or work.
